For NIMIT Lumpini Park North, CASESTUDY created the concept and design for a mini brochure that captures the character of an exceptional residence in its most essential form. Architecture, interiors, wellness and views over Lumpini Park come together in a concise expression of contemporary luxury.

OUR APPROACH
We treated the brochure as an exercise in reduction—letting space, imagery and restrained typography communicate as much as the words. The result is a quiet editorial piece that reflects NIMIT’s precision, craftsmanship and sense of place.
